Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Asset Optimization: Develop and implement innovative strategies to optimize the lifecycle of assets, fostering efficiency and cost-effectiveness within the defence facilities.
  2. Lifecycle Planning: Formulate and execute comprehensive asset lifecycle plans, accounting for maintenance, upgrades, and replacements to enhance performance and longevity.
  3. Innovation: Keep abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to introduce pioneering solutions, elevating asset management practices for enhanced facility efficiency.
  4. Collaborative Excellence: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, operations, and procurement, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of asset management activities.
  5. Risk Mitigation: Identify and assess risks associated with asset lifecycle management, proactively implementing mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions.
  6. Compliance Adherence: Ensure all asset management activities align with relevant regulations, standards, and compliance requirements within the dynamic landscape of defence facilities.
  7. Insightful Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on asset performance, lifecycle status, and optimisation initiatives to senior management and key stakeholders.


Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field. Additional certifications in asset management are highly desirable.
  2. Proven Expertise: Demonstrated experience in asset lifecycle management, with a distinct focus on defence environments.
