This is a field based, mobile position covering the West London area. Postcodes the role covers are: WC. W. NW. WD. HA.
This role is working for the TS-Mobile division.
Salary: The salary is based between £28,500-£40,100. The salary on offer that is made will be dependant upon the candidate`s qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Upgrade, install, and maintain air conditioning systems
- Conduct inspections and fault finding
- Keep clients updated on developments
- Record all activities, remedial works, and inspection logs
- Ensure high level of customer service
- Utilize verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with IT for recording tasks and updates
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications such as FGAS & ODS regs, time served apprenticeship, C&G Level 3/NVQ or equivalent
- Background in facilities management, mobile maintenance, or construction
- Experience with project work within a region
