Job Title: Client Solutions Manager

Location: Based in Leeds, Birmingham or London 3 days a week and 2 days working from home

Salary: Up to £60k plus £5k car allowance and uncapped commission


Our leading Global Facilities Management client is currently seeking a Client Solutions Manager to join their team.


Purpose of the Job:

The Solutions Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining and developing pricing models, working collaboratively with the divisional sales team to deliver optimal solutions for clients. This position aims to enhance the company’s reputation for excellence within the workplace services market by ensuring high-quality bid submissions that align with client and company requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

·       Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to develop pricing solutions, ensuring the highest quality bid submissions.

·       Conduct commercial analysis and risk profiling for each tender/opportunity.

·       Proactively engage in market research and competitor analysis to develop win strategies, bid plans, and identify future opportunities.

·       Attend client sites to survey opportunities and capture assets as required.

·       Support the sales team in providing creative and commercial solutions to bid requirements.

·       Provide accurate estimations for the delivery process for both Planned and Reactive Maintenance.

·       Ensure final cost submissions are competitive and innovative solutions are considered to give bids a competitive edge.

·       Work with large and/or incomplete data sets, suggesting innovative ways of delivering more for less in the estimating of bids.

·       Stay up-to-date with the latest estimator techniques and procedures.

·       Review all costings with the operations team and relevant directors, presenting a clear and concise understanding of the submitted bidding solution and delivery objectives.

·       Supporting the qualitative elements of bids to ensure solution is articulated and presented concisely to meet client needs

Circumstances:
