Senior Recruitment Consultant (Permanent or Interim desks are available)

Location: Based at our Harewood site LS17 with free parking on site.

Competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission.

Moston is a dynamic and rapidly growing recruitment firm, specialising within the Facilities Management, Construction, Engineering and Distribution industries. We are looking for experienced recruiters to join our fast growing business on either permanent on interim desks. These roles are definitely warm desks as we have many PSL agreements in place! Although we are looking for consultants who are able to do 360 recruitment, you will never be short on roles.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team and play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our organisation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 18 months of recruitment experience, with a proven track record of success in managing and developing a warm desk.

The majority of our roles are senior management and engineering roles. So, we would welcome applicants who have experience running engineering desks or white collar desks. However, we are open to industries, as we believe recruiters with the right passion can achieve anything!

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions.

2.    Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various channels to identify and attract top talent, conducting interviews, and presenting qualified candidates to clients.

3.    Business Development: Expand the client base by proactively identifying new business opportunities and fostering relationships with potential clients.

4.    Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and maintain a competitive edge.

5.    Negotiation: Conduct salary negotiations between clients and candidates, ensuring a fair and mutually beneficial agreement.

Requirements:

·       Minimum of 18 months of experience as a Recruitment Consultant.

·       Proven success in managing and growing a warm desk.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Results-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
