Looking for a dynamic role in project delivery? We’re hiring a Quantity Surveyor to support our commercial operations. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you’ll ensure top-notch service delivery to clients and project teams
Responsibilities:
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting
- Manage project finances and contract variations
- Liaise with clients for Value for Money (VFM)
- Identify and communicate commercial risks
- Support tender analysis and client proposals
- Conduct cost estimation and procurement recommendations
- Perform cash flow forecasting and cost control
- Advise on procurement strategies and contract negotiation
Qualifications:
- Degree/HND in Quantity Surveying
- Contract law knowledge, especially NEC contracts
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
