This is a field based, mobile position covering the South East London area. Postcodes the role covers are: BR. CR. DA.
This role is working for the TS-Mobile division.
Salary: The salary is based between £30,000-£46,000. The salary on offer that is made will be dependant upon the candidate`s qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Upgrading, installing systems, and maintenance works
- Conduct inspections and fault finding
- Keep clients updated on developments
- Record all activities, remedial works, and inspection logs
- Ensure high level of customer service
- Utilize verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with IT for recording tasks and updates
Requirements:
- Valid Gas Safe registration
- Relevant commercial gas qualifications such as COCN1, CCN1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, CODNCO1
- Background in facilities management, mobile maintenance, or construction
- Experience with project work within a region
