Key Responsibilities:
As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a pivotal role in assisting with construction cost management and supporting various phases of the construction project lifecycle, from initial estimation to finalization. Your responsibilities will include aiding in the preparation and analysis of cost estimates, tender documents, and contract variations. Additionally, you’ll be involved in the procurement and valuation of materials, equipment, and services. Monitoring and controlling project costs, identifying and mitigating project risks, and fostering positive client relationships will also be part of your duties. It will be crucial to maintain accurate and compliant project documentation while continuously seeking opportunities to enhance your professional skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and is a certified construction cost professional. Strong analytical skills, along with the ability to interpret technical information and collaborate effectively, are essential. Proficiency in utilizing various software tools to support your work is expected. Being proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality results is a must.
