Location: This is a field based, mobile position covering the Bristol Region.
The postcodes the role would cover: BS.
This role is working for the TS-Mobile division. The salary is based between £28,000-£41,000. The salary on offer that is made will be dependant upon the candidate`s qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair installations such as: ventilation systems (AHU, Intake/extract), heating and cooling systems (thermal wheels, FCUs, etc) and water system assets such as booster sets, calorifiers, water heaters.
- Keep clients updated on developments, answering queries and reporting any defect.
- Record all activities, remedial works, and inspection logs.
- Ensure high level of customer service.
- Utilize verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with IT for recording tasks and updates.
Requirements:
- You must have relevant qualifications e.g. C&G Level 3 or Level 5 / NVQ or HNC equivalent
- Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Willing to participate in the on call rota
