Senior Procurment Manager - 1961917
The Senior Procurement Manager within our Sourcing and Procurement Team collaborates with Divisional Directors, Accounts, and Operations teams to devise and implement procurement strategies. This role focuses on optimizing outcomes across various clients and sectors through strong partnerships and strategic procurement practices
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Act as a Procurement Business Partner to Divisional Directors, working with Account and Operations teams to determine optimal procurement strategies
• Attend relevant business meetings, ensuring alignment between Procurement and Operations
• Collaborate with Account Directors and Commercial Directors to understand commercial models and contractual obligations
• Conduct Pareto analysis to inform sourcing strategies and optimize supply chain solutions
• Lead strategic contractor negotiations and drive cost-saving initiatives
• Ensure compliance with preferred supplier lists and manage supplier performance
• Develop presentations for internal and external stakeholders
KEY EXPECTATIONS:
• Demonstrated negotiation skills and experience in sourcing functions
• Collaborate with Category Management colleagues and drive strategic benefits
• Provide thought leadership for cost and operational efficiencies
• Manage stakeholder expectations and support ESG and Diversity programs
• Engage with Procurement teams to share best practices
• Act as a subject matter expert for Procurement
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 7 years of FM procurement experience, ideally in Hard Services or Engineering
• Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement or Supply Chain preferred
• Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPM, or equivalent
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CAFM systems and e-Sourcing tools preferred
