Location: This is a field based, mobile position covering the Stafford, Telford and surrounding regions.
The postcodes that the role would cover: ST. TF. SY. WS. WV.
This role is working for the TS-Mobile division. The salary is based between £24,000-£35,000. The salary on offer that is made will be dependant upon the candidate`s qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Undertaking all building fabric activities such as patch repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting and decorating.
- Capable of working to high levels of health and safety and statutory requirements.
- Ensure regular monitoring and inspection procedures are carried out for all equipment as part of the preventative maintenance programme.
- Answer queries and report any defects.
- Ensure high level of customer service.
- Utilize verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with IT for recording tasks and updates.
- Participate in call out rota.
Requirements:
- You must have relevant qualifications – Level 2/3 City and Guilds
- Full UK Driving Licence
- A background in facilities or mobile maintenance, construction sector or similar
