We are seeking an experienced Bid Writer to join our team. Reporting to the Bid Director, you will work within a matrix bid team to create high-quality, compelling, and persuasive written content for bids, proposals, tenders, and other work-winning submissions


Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Development: Understand client requirements and collaborate with subject matter experts to develop storyboards, content plans, and written bid submissions that effectively communicate the value and benefits of our client-focused solutions
  • Bid Writing: Provide high-quality bid writing services for bids of various sizes, scales, and complexities, whether individually or as part of a portfolio
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work proactively with key stakeholders in the bid process, including Sales, Business Development, Operations, Legal, Commercial, and Pricing, to develop integrated and high-quality written proposals
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all written content meets high standards of quality, persuasiveness, and alignment with bid strategies
  • Process Adherence: Follow bid writing best practices, bid processes, and methodologies to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all submissions
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in bid writing to continuously improve the quality and success rate of our submissions


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated success as a Bid Writer within the Facilities Management industry
  • Bid Writing Expertise: Strong understanding of bid writing best practices, processes, and methodologies
  • Track Record: Proven ability to win contracts and opportunities through successful bid submissions
  • Collaborative Skills: Excellent ability to work with various stakeholders to gather information and develop cohesive and compelling proposals
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality written content under tight deadlines
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
