We are looking for a team of service coordinators to be based in our new office in Gloucester, with the option of Home Working one day a week, on a flexible basis after training is completed. These roles are permanent, 40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, so your weekends are free! Our clients office is modern, fully equipped, easily accessible to everyone and in a great location, with onsite parking!

As a Service Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the Scheduling team, working under the guidance of the Team Lead and Scheduling Manager to efficiently coordinate service appointments for our workforce of Pest Control Technicians. Your role involves collaborating with various departments to align schedules with business goals, allocate personnel efficiently, and ensure smooth workflows. Additionally, you will play a key role in addressing customer enquiries, confirming appointments, and resolving scheduling conflicts to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Duties :

  • Receive calls from clients and accurately log onto our in-house systems Liaise between clients, technicians and managers to ensure visits are completed and resolved to the clients satisfaction
  • Maintain exceptional levels of customer service & customer care standards
  • Working to targets to achieve service level agreements
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
  • Other ad hoc customer service and admin duties as required by the needs of the business

 

About you:

  • Proven experience in a scheduling or customer services role, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
  • Strong geographical knowledge of the UK.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, other departments, and technicians.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ​Proficient in the use of scheduling software and MS Office applications with the ability to quickly learn new IT systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • ​Familiarity with the pest industry would be advantageous.
