About the Role:
Our client, a reputable company in the building maintenance sector, is seeking a skilled Electrician to join their team in London. You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical systems within a variety of commercial and residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance and electrical inspections to ensure the safety and functionality of building systems.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults, and carry out installations and upgrades in accordance with relevant regulations.
- Work closely with the maintenance team to deliver excellent service and ensure minimal disruption to building operations.
- Maintain detailed records of work completed and materials used.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrician, specifically in a building maintenance environment.
- Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., 18th Edition Wiring Regulations).
- Strong understanding of health and safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
