• Contribute to the strategic direction of the retail and hospitality sector, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
• Ensure the recruitment, training, and development of the team, cultivating a high-performance culture that drives success.
• Maintain a CRM role, managing key client relationships and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
• Oversee the continuous improvement of services and processes to meet the ever-changing demands of the retail and hospitality sectors.
