CAFM Coordinator
Key Job Requirements:
· Proven track record in facilities helpdesk
· Good communication skills
· Experience with CAFM systems i.e. Maximo, Concept etc
· Experience with planning, scheduling and assigning reactive and planned preventative maintenance works
· Client engagement to schedule works and arrange access / egress
· Raising purchase orders for materials, parts and subcontractors
· Subcontractor engagement with reactive (callouts) and planned preventative maintenance
· Chasing internal engineers and processing completion paperwork
· Chasing subcontractors and processing completion maintenance and report sheets
· Logging calls on the CAFM system and closing works when completed
· Monitoring and chasing open works orders, adhering to SLA / KPIs
Key Responsibilities :
· First point of call for all reactive and planned preventative maintenance tasks
· Producing open work reports for helpdesk tasks
· Cleansing CAFM system
· Client engagement regarding open works
· Receipting purchase orders to confirm delivery of works and goods to enable smooth and timely payment to supply chain
· Engaging with subcontractors and suppliers and dealing with queries
· Administrative tasks including but not limited to processing timesheets, assisting Contract Manager with data for client monthly report, meeting minutes, weekly helpdesk reports and collating Domestic audits
· Issuing of Permits to Work once trained and competent
