Visitor Escort - Mobile
Job Objectives and Responsibilities:
This position reports to the Senior Operations Manager (Soft Services) and involves escorting subcontractors and visitors during a variety of building services maintenance tasks across the UK-wide estate
Main Duties:
- Escorting subcontractors and visitors through the building on multiple sites across the UK
- Reporting directly to the Senior Operations Manager (Soft Services) and undertaking additional tasks as directed
- Completing mandatory company training as required
- Possessing a solid understanding of health and safety practices
- Working hours will be Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00, with flexibility required for travel to other sites throughout the UK, and late-night or weekend work as necessary
Person Specification:
- The role requires physical fitness due to the nature of walking and physical activity
- The position is open to British Nationals who can obtain DV clearance (which involves an in-depth and intrusive process)
- Strong communication skills are essential
- Ability to manage visitors on-site and ensure they adhere to security procedures as outlined by the client
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work patterns
