About the Role:
We are recruiting for a Senior Bid Manager/Writer on behalf of a leading Facilities Management (FM) company with a strong presence across diverse industries. This role is crucial to driving new business by producing high-quality, concise, and client-specific submissions that deliver results.
What You’ll Do:
- Take full ownership of the bid process, from pursuit planning to tender response and handover to operations.
- Write concise, tailored, and persuasive bid responses, including RFIs, PQQs, and detailed tender submissions.
- Collaborate with sales teams and subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop winning strategies and value propositions.
- Work closely with creative teams to produce visually engaging, client-specific submissions.
- Manage administrative tasks such as client portal updates, document control, and submission deadlines.
What You’ll Bring:
- A minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in bid writing or management, with a strong track record of success in securing high-value contracts.
- Experience within the food services industry or facilities management
- Expertise in RFIs, PQQs, and creating impactful submissions.
- Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to craft concise, point-scoring responses that resonate with evaluators.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders across all levels.
