Quantity Surveyor
We are working on behalf of a reputable construction client, to find an experienced DV Cleared Quantity Surveyor for an exciting contract role.
This is an initial 6-month contract outside IR35, offering the chance to contribute to high-profile projects requiring your expertise in construction and security clearance.
Key Requirements:
- DV Clearance: Must hold current DV clearance and be a sole UK national.
- Experience: Extensive knowledge and experience of all RIBA construction stages.
- Contract Details: Initial 6-month contract, outside IR35.
Role Overview:
As a DV Cleared Quantity Surveyor, you will bring your expertise in cost control, project delivery, and stakeholder management to ensure the success of critical construction projects. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in managing financial performance throughout the RIBA stages.
